Terms and Conditions


The following services are offered by Moonlight Medicine: Initial naturopathic consultion, mobile initial naturopathic consultation, return/ acute
naturopathic consultation and mobile return/ acute naturopathic consultation. Any integrative pathology testing or products are not included in the price of these services. Moonlight Medicine reserves the right to change the price of services offered at anytime.

Initial consultations require all clients complete an client intake form and to agree to the privacy policy, terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment in full is required when services are provided; at the time of consultation. Moonlight Medicine only accepts cash, EFTPOS and Paypal as methods of payment.

Refund Cancellation Policy

20% Deposit is required on booking. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation. After this time your deposit will be retained by Moonlight medicine.

Moonlight Medicine and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Moonlight Medicine does not warrant that service descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. It is the sole responsibility of the client to understand what Naturopathy is and make any enquiries prior to booking an appointment. Moonlight medicine does not refund after services are provided.  


All sales are final for products on offer in the “Happy Body Shop”. Refunds are only available on products that are subject to a genuine fault in manufacture and the product must be returned within 2 weeks of sale date. The customer is only responsible for return postage. If for any unforeseen reasons the faulty product can not be replaced a refund with be issued.
